Who we are
EndPointScience Ltd is the data controller for the information described on this page. We are a statistical and regulatory consultancy registered in Ireland. What we collect and why
If you use the enquiry form, we receive the details you enter: your name, work email address, role, company, the type and area of the enquiry, project stage, timing and the overview you write. We use them to understand your enquiry and reply to it. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and, where you ask us to, taking the steps needed before entering into a contract.
If you email us directly, we keep the correspondence for as long as it is relevant to your enquiry or our work together.
Where the information is held
Form submissions are received and stored by Netlify, Inc., which hosts this website, and are read by us in Google Workspace, where our email runs. Both providers process the data on our instructions and under agreements that meet the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation, including standard contractual clauses for any transfer outside the European Economic Area. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within twelve months of the last contact. Where an enquiry becomes a client relationship, the information is kept as part of our records for that engagement and for the period required by Irish company and tax law afterwards.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or ask for it in a portable format. Write to hello@endpointsciences.com and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland at dataprotection.ie.
Cookies
This website does not set cookies and does not use tracking or advertising technology. To see how many people visit and which pages they read, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies, without fingerprinting and without collecting personal information, so no consent banner is needed. If that changes, this page will describe what is used and you will be asked for consent where the law requires it.

We want everyone to be able to use this website. It is built to meet the WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines: every page can be navigated by keyboard, text can be resized, colour contrast meets the recommended ratios, images carry descriptions, and animation is switched off for visitors who have asked their device to reduce motion.
